Samsung will announce the launch date for the Galaxy Note 8 soon and in the meantime, we can have a look at the latest leaks of the device. The latest leak comes from the Samsung Exynos’ official Twitter page that tweeted an image of a phone that looks like the Galaxy Note 8.

The Galaxy Note 8 will be revealed in the later part of August and the company’s processor arm is already teasing the Exynos 8895 processor. The teased image shows an Exynos 9 processor sitting on top of a phone that matches the leaked design of the Galaxy Note 8.

It may not be the final design as there is no lock button on the side but it does give us an idea how the Note 8 will finally turn out to be. As we had observed in the previously leaked renders and images of the Note 8, the phone will have less rounded corners than the Galaxy S8 series. And this image tweeted by Exynos also reveals a similar design.

According to the rumors, the Galaxy Note 8 will come with a 6.4-inch Infinity Display with 18.5:9 aspect ratio in the same fashion as the current Samsung flagships do. The camera for the phone has been confirmed by many leaks to be a dual-camera unit, a first for any Samsung smartphone. The two cameras on the back will be placed horizontally and will be accompanied by the fingerprint scanner on one side.

It will come powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and some of the variants of the phone will run on Exynos 8895 chipset. There is no information about the battery capacity which is going to be a major point of discussion when the device is announced. The company is, however, expected to be extra sure that the phone’s battery doesn’t even heat. The 8-point safety check will most probably be implemented for the Note 8 as well.

The software on Note 8 will be much like the one on Galaxy S8 series and it will also come with the Samsung’s own virtual assistant Bixby. Being a Note device, the phone will surely come with a stylus and Samsung will improve its capabilities in the new device. The phone should go on sale in September after its announcement in August.
