The LG V10 has 2 distinguishable unique features, one of which being having a dual screen at the top of the device and having two 5 Mega Pixel shooters at the front. Impressive! The dual screen seems to be like an always on screen which will show all of your notifications and help you trigger your music even if your phone’s screen is not awake. Other than that, it shows the usual set of network and battery information or you can use it to access all of your pre-defined application shortcuts. Underneath it, we get the gorgeous 5.7 Inch QHD display with a resolution of 2560×1440 and both the screens are not attached to each other as they are both having different display drivers.

Like the displays, both the cameras at the front work independently. You can click selfies at the usual and standard 80 degrees or take the advantage of the dual cameras to take a 120 degree photo which stitches the clicks from both the cameras together. You also have a new feature, introduced by LG named “Multi-view recording” which engages all the three cameras but we still didn’t understand the usage scenario of the same.

The manual video mode is also very impressive. You can tweak around with the settings to perfect the crispy 4k footage. Ranging from shutter speed, ISO mode, focus mode, frame rate and many more, LG has ensured that the V10 will try to provide the best shot. On top of that, movies can also be recorded in cinematic 21:9 aspect ratio. Other notable features here include and wind noise filter and audio monitor to adjust the sensitivity of all three mics during recording. You can also meddle with directional audio recording. Coming with a capacity of 3k mAh, the phone was launched the previous month in South Korea in four different colors, blue, black, white and beige.
