With the current iPhone design growing uneventful day by day, Apple allegedly has planned vital iPhone redesign for 2017, since the iPhone completes ten this year. However, Apple’s formidable efforts to conceive a phone cladding a new design, and keeping it a mystery seem to have decayed since leakers have been operating strongly. Rumors have engendered the phone to be perceived with a glass body, and diminished side bezels – hitting Samsung’s path of edge-to-edge OLED display.

We get to see another leak today on Slashleaks, which portrays the iPhone 8’s front dimensions. This leak flows in the same current as the ones that emerged earlier on, and provides insight into the front aspects of the iPhone 8, as suggested ahead. Unlike the past schematics, this iPhone seemingly possesses a few additional sensors alongside the earpiece. On further examination, the dimensions represented below also confirm minuscule bezels along the display, and an on-display, force-touch enabled fingerprint sensor, that rests beneath the screen and does not require any individual space, generating and expanse for the larger 5.8-inch OLED display, as also inferred from previous leaks. The leak also validates smaller details such as Apple sticking to the 2.5D curved glass.

Glimmering it is, to my eye, seeing Apple endeavoring a new radical design for the iPhone 8. Nevertheless, leaks are leaks. Although they have grown legitimate over the years, a glimpse over the past records of iPhone leaks, they disprove our faith – considering the iPhone 7 was also expected to possess an OLED display initially.
