The Moto G lineup has come a long way, pushing more and more features every year while still maintaining its super low price. All the models till now have managed to gain immense popularity and love, and we expect the next one, Moto G5 to do the same. We’ve got some leaks today, and well they do seem very promising.
According to a Brazilian tech website Tecnoblog which claims to have gotten some information about the Moto G5 from a major retailer, lists the specs of the phone as follows:
- 5-inch FHD (1080p) display
- Snapdragon 430 processor (octa-core), Adreno 505 GPU
- 13MP Rear camera & 5MP front camera
- 2GB RAM
- 32GB storage
- 2800 mAh battery
- Android 7.0
We don’t have the image leak for the Moto G5, but it will probably just be the smaller version of the Moto G plus shown in the leaked pictures shown below.
There doesn’t seem to be any change to the phone regarding the specs, except for an upgrade to the processor. While all that remains the same, Lenovo might have instead been working on improving other areas such as a metal body, better audio.
We haven’t gotten any information about the price, but it will most likely be the same coming in at around $200. And following the same 10-11 months update cycle, we’ll probably get to see the phone somewhere around March.
