Since rumours have spoilt practically every little attribute about the imminent Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) already, it’s no longer a mystery; the official launch is impending. The soon-to-arrive mid-range Samsung device is said to launch sooner than anticipated, as indicated by Bluetooth certification report that emerged recently.

The report from Bluetooth certification authority doesn’t reveal any significant detail, apart from the presence of Bluetooth 4.2, which, in itself enough to argue that the phone may debut as early as one month from now. Previous rumours, nevertheless, have managed to uncover the following details: 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage with MicroSB card expansion, Exynos 7780 SoC, dual-SIM capabilities, IP68 water resistance rating and a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED screen. There’s no mention of VoLTE support, though we believe that the device is sure to bolster it. Rumours also elicit information about the presence of 16 MP cameras on the front as well as the back.

On the software hand, sadly, the phone is rumoured to run Android 6.X Marshmallow and not Android 7.0 Nougat, supported by a 3,300mAh fast charging supported battery, another discouraging factor. On the launch, though, the device might be accompanied by its siblings: the Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) and A5 (2017), bearing in mind the recently appeared rumours chez A3 and A5 as well.

Samsung and their Galaxies are renowned to produce market blasters (yes, pun intended), let’s see if their mid-rangers this year serve as effective choices! By the way, we’re intrigued to know, what are your most loved mid-range devices?
