Supercell announces card-based mobile game – Clash Royale

Supercell’s most popular game, Clash of Clans has grown to one of the largest mobile games on the market. With its unique style, Clash of Clans has been tried by nearly everybody at least once. The game provides the need for creativity when designing a base and for a sense of strategy and the right timing when raiding other players. Forming clans and fighting clan wars together, supporting each other is also a great aspect for most users. What makes Clash of Clans a great mobile game though, in spite of all this, it keeps the dynamics and the speed of a mobile game. With Supercell’s latest announcement of “Clash Royale”, they are moving in a different direction.

Clash Royale

Clash Royale seems to be a one-on-one, live multiplayer game. Keeping only the graphic style of Clash of Clans, the card-based mobile game does not act as a sequel. Supercell stated, Clash Royale is even developed by a completely different team.

So far, Clash Royale has only been released on iOS, but it will be available for Android soon for sure. If you want so see how the duels actually work, here is a video with some gameplay.
