Xiaomi’s Mi Power Bank 2i is now also available for sale on Amazon and Flipkart in two capacities — 10,000mAh and 20,000mAh. Both the variants are now available on the above-mentioned e-commerce sites where the 10,000mAh and 20,000mAh models are priced at Rs. 799 and Rs. 1,499 respectively. The Mi Power Bank 2i was launched back in November 2017 and at the beginning, it was available exclusively via Mi.com and Mi Home stores. Now the company has gone for a wider availability of its two power banks via Amazon and Flipkart.

Xiaomi confirmed the new via its official Twitter account yesterday morning. The tweet says, “Mi fans! Your beloved Mi Power Bank 2i is now available on @Flipkart & @amazonIN. Get one now #MadeinIndia.” To recall, the Mi Powerbank 2i was a part of the Make in India program and the letter ‘i’ in its name denotes its local manufacturing. Xiaomi had set up a manufacturing factory in Noida and the power bank is assembled there itself making the Power Bank 2i the first accessory to be assembled in India.

The selling point of the 2i is the fact that it can stand collisions and impacts and can also resist sweat since it features an anodised aluminium alloy case. The 10,000mAh variant comes with dual USB output, although, it does not support fast charging. Whereas, the 20,000mAh variant comes with support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. The power bank weighs 240 grams and is 14.2mm thick and comes in two colour variants Black and White.
