Xiaomi just announced its Mi TV 4 in the Indian market and it is already getting a lot of attention. Now it seems that the company is planning to disrupt the budget segment as well by introducing its Mi TV 4A lineup in India at an even lower price. Based on the leaked information, Xiaomi can launch the TV at a starting price of just Rs. 12,999 for the 32-inch model.

Earlier today, Xiaomi posted an image on its Twitter account with the hashtag “#SwitchToSmart” while indicating that a new series of Mi TV will be launching soon. A Twitter user spotted two new Mi TVs listed on Xiaomi India’s official website last week, who was able to take the screenshots before the listings were taken down. With these listings in place, the Chinese brand is expected to launch the 32-inch and 43-inch TVs in India soon.
According to the images, the 32-inch Mi TV 4A will be available for Rs. 12,999 while the second listing mentions a price of Rs. 21,999. While the exact name of the second TV isn’t mentioned but by its price with the offerings in China, it is possibly the 43-inch variant of the Mi TV 4A. These could be the placeholder listings and the final ones should be up when the products are officially announced.
The Xiaomi Mi TV 4A 32-inch is an HD TV with 1366 x 768 pixels resolution and comes powered by a quad-core Amlogic processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. It is expected to come with PatchWall UI similar to the Mi TV 4 launched last month. The 43-inch Mi TV 4A, on the other hand, has a 1080p panel, uses the same processor as mentioned above, but comes with double the RAM and internal storage.
