Popular Android OS developer Cyanogen has just released Android 6.0 based CyanogenMod 13 nightlies the Samsung Galaxy Note II and the Galaxy Note 10.1 that brings the goodness of Marshmallow to these Samsung devices.
For those of you who don’t know what nightlies are, they are ROMS that are a work in progress and are basically used for testing. There are still likely some bugs in them that need to be addressed ranging from minor to unstable.
An important thing to note is that the builds are only available for the Verizon version of the Note 10.1 and the GSM-LTE, Spring and Verizon variants of the Note II.
Users will need a custom recovery and an unlocked bootloader to flash the ROM.
As I mentioned above, these are nightly builds i.e they may have considerable bugs or features missing. The best thing to do is wait for the stable version, although there is no conformation that they will be released. But if you have made up your mind to flash the ROM, do let us know your thoughts on it.
