OnePlus 13 launch is gaining momentum as the latest reports confirm an October release. Earlier this month, OnePlus China President Louis Lee dropped subtle hints about the OnePlus 13‘s arrival.
Now, he’s further boosted the anticipation in a new Weibo post, once again relating to the flagship device’s release timeline. Alongside this, the PJZ110 model, believed to be the OnePlus 13, has cleared the 3C certification in China, confirming a key detail—100W fast charging.
OnePlus 13 launch planned for October
In an interaction with a OnePlus fan, Louis Lee hinted that the company’s next flagship would be unveiled in October. While the exact name of the device wasn’t mentioned, the OnePlus 13 is highly expected to be the highlight.
With its potential launch towards the end of October, reports indicate that the device could be made available for purchase just in time for China’s Singles’ Day shopping festival on November 11.
3C certification confirms 100W fast charging support
OnePlus 13, identified as the PJZ110 model, has already appeared on multiple certification platforms, including Geekbench and China’s MIIT, and now it has secured approval from China’s 3C authority.
This certification revealed that the device would come equipped with 100W fast charging, making it one of the fastest-charging smartphones in its category.
OnePlus 13 expected specifications
Reports suggest the device will feature a 6.8-inch OLED 8T LTPO BOE X2 display with a quad-micro-curved design. The screen is expected to offer 2K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, providing an immersive visual experience.
Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, coupled with a massive 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The phone will likely run Android 15 with ColorOS 15 on top.
Beyond that, the OnePlus 13 will carry a 6,000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging, and also offer 50W wireless charging. With this power supply, consumers can expect a ultra-fast and safe charging.
On the camera front, it is rumored to house a 32MP front camera and a triple rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP main sensor (LYT-808 with OIS), a 50MP ultra-wide lens (LYT-600), and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens (LYT-600) with 3x optical zoom.
Additionally, the phone will boast an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, an alert slider, and a metallic frame. It will also come with a 0916 Turbo haptic motor for enhanced vibration feedback, elevating the user experience.
