In today’s Apple Daily, there are rumors that Apple will release three new Iphones in September this year. In other news, a magazine called Apple CEO the best leader there is in the world. And for the release of the Apple watch on the 24th of April the first Watch apps are starting to appear in Apple’s app store.
Three new IPhones will be released in September (Rumors)
Rumors are starting to show up for a release of three Iphones in September this year. The phones were the rumors are about is the Apple IPhone 6S, Apple IPhone 6S Plus and an Apple IPhone 6C. The Apple IPhone 6C will be a come back to a smaller screen, something that a lot of Apple’s costumers liked on the phones before the IPhone 6. As it is now standing in the rumors it will be a 4.7 inch display for the 6C, a 4,7 inch screen for the 6S and a massive 5,5 inch screen for the 6S Plus.
The main differences between those three phone is obviously the different screen size and also there will be used a different processor in the 6C which in the rumors will use the older and now cheaper A8 chip. The bigger 6S and 6S Plus are using the faster A9 chip from Apple. All three phones are using gorilla glass and they will also have Apple Pay and Touch ID. The Apple IPhone 6C will be around $400-500 as stated in a separate announcement from DigiTimes.
Fortune says: “Tim Cook is the world’s greatest leader”
The magazine Fortune names Tim Cook “The world’s greatest leader” in New Profile. The attention may still be at Steve Jobs because of the Apple-approved biography. By that Tim Cook still isn’t the best or close to Steve but they are at least helping him. In the first year as the CEO at Apple it is always difficult to make the decisions just like Steve would be doing them, there were even shareholder who criticized him for his bad performance during his first year. It is also good to gain insight on his philosophy on how he is running Apple, and Eddy Cue is quick to point that Tim doesn’t want Apple like Steve did. Before Tim was the CEO at Apple he was already running inside Apple, so he did know what to do. And to not change to much he made us doing our thing. He is also trying to make put other people from Apple more in the publicity. He said it to the media by saying: “My objective is to raise the public profile of several of the folks on the executive team, and others as well,”. Cook is really a work addict, and his Apple Watch notes that after working for 12 hours he had done a 50 minute workout with walking almost 4 miles and 8139 steps.
First Apple Watch apps are starting to arrive in the app store
As the release of the Apple Watch is getting closer apps working with the Apple Watch are starting to show up. The apple watch will be released and ready to buy on the 24th of April, but the makers for the apps are already done. The current notable apps include Evernote, Target, Dark Sky, and Things. The first apps that are now released are giving us an idea of what kind of apps we will see in the future. With Evernote you can dictate notes, after that everything will be synced to your IPhone app. As for the Dark Sky weather app they have made a completely new design that fits inside the smaller screen of the watch!
