Well, after quite a lot of waiting, Honor is finally ready to release MagicOS 11 based on Android 17. Set to arrive as the highlight of the show on September 15th at the Global Developer Conference 2026, the update features some charismatic upgrades that you must check out.
As aforementioned, AI will be a big part of MagicOS 11, bringing the industry’s first-ever system-level AI agent called Harness, capable of executing tasks up to 100 steps. Think about asking Harness to “open WhatsApp >> Create a group >> Add a name ‘True-Tech’ >> Add two of your friends >> Send an introductory message welcoming them.” Of course, the actual workflow and capabilities may differ, but it’s just a week’s time until we get to see Harness making some noise.
