Just weeks after the alleged Nokia 9 was spotted on the FCC list, there’s yet another news about an upcoming Nokia smartphone which just passed through FCC. Nokia TA 1047 got its certification on 15th December, 2017 and its upgraded model, the TA 1056 was spotted today on the FCC list which could be the long rumoured Nokia 1.

The FCC documents showcase a small device which measures 134 mm by 68 mm. This smartphone is smaller than the Nokia 2 which was launched in November 2017. To let you have the idea of size difference between the two, the Nokia 2 measures 143.5 mm by 71.3 mm. The Nokia TA-1056 received the Bluetooth certificate earlier this month.

The Nokia smartphone has support for dual SIM cards and is somewhat similar to the TA 1047 in terms of design, but not the specs or the measurements. Looking at the diagram (included above) it’s clear that the device will have a 3.5 mm headphone jack and it does look like a smartphone with a 16:9 aspect ratio screen. The battery of the smartphone is removable, which is a rare case nowadays.

Other than these leaks there is nothing else to actually say about the device at this particular stage. Looking at the size of the phone it’s pretty obvious it won’t be a flagship but a budget oriented device.
