WhatsApp Business app is coming to iOS; Beta released

Facebook-owned WhatsApp Business is an app meant to help small businesses interact with customers and reach them via a messaging platform. It is basically is an ad-free real-time cross-platform app. Unlike the standard Whatsapp, Business Whatsapp is a paid account requiring you to spend money on sending and receiving messages. The app also allows users to customize their business profiles and configure business hours with other options.

After the launch of the official WhatsApp Business for Android, there was a lot of demand for a compatible version for iOS. Announced back in September 2017, WhatsApp Business was rolled out for Android users in January 2018. After almost a year after the launch of WhatsApp Business app for Android, the app is finally available in beta on iOS platform too. Although, Whatsapp Business app on the iOS platform is not officially announced by the company.
According to WABetaInfo, the app is available in Mexico.

Several users from Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina have confirmed the availability of the application. If you want to use WhatsApp Business, you need to accept their Terms of Services. WhatsApp will also give a useful option. You can also migrate your chat history from Standard WhatsApp application to WhatsApp Business. If you wish to do so, all chats from WhatsApp Messenger can be transferred to WhatsApp Business. Now you will be logged out form the standard Whatsapp messenger and you can use the Whatsapp Business app on your smartphone.

You can get a link invitation for the beta version at the TestFlight page for free. It is quite possible that the beta program is full, but you can always check the page to discover the availability. Whatsapp Business app offers some exclusive features which the standard Whatsapp does not. You can send an automatic ‘Greeting message’ to new customers or to customers having 14 or more days of no activity. It provides a simple and reliable way to interact with customers.
