OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro Camera Specs Leaked Ahead of Official Announcement

OnePlus 9 series isn’t that far away from the official announcement. People are eagerly waiting for the OnePlus 9 series, more specifically the camera lovers. In an interview co-founder of OnePlus promised that the OnePlus 9 series will a camera smartphone, they are working hard to improve the camera specifications. So, the main USP of the OnePlus 9 series is going to be its best in-range camera specifications.

We already knew the key specs of the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, now a recent leak shown us the camera specifications as well. Most probably, the OnePlus is going to introduce the OnePlus 9 series in the market in the months of March. The camera was leaked via a live screenshot of the About screen of the smartphone. And along with camera specifications, we have got the storage and SoC info as well.

OnePlus 9

Let’s start with the OnePlus 9, as we can see in the screenshot, the device comes with the model name LE2113, Andriod 11 out of the box. Other than that, the smartphone features a 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and it comes in a flat-screen configuration. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with the latest and fastest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, paired with 8 GB of RAM and 125 GB of internal storage.

Now, speaking of the camera, the smartphone houses a triple rear camera setup. The triple rear camera setup includes a primary 50-megapixel sensor, a secondary 48-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and then finally a 2-megapixel shooter, most probably for macro shots. The exact camera sensors are yet not revealed with we can expect only good things from the new setup.

Coming to OnePlus 9 Pro, as we can see in the above screenshot, the smartphone bears a model name LE2123, comes out of the box with Android 11 on top of Oxygen OS. Other than that, the smartphone features a 6.7-inch Fluid AMOLED Display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and comes with a curved display panel. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with the latest and fastest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, paired with 8 GB of RAM and 125 GB of internal storage.

In the camera department, the smartphone is equipped with a quad-camera housing. The camera housing includes a primary 50-megapixel sensor, a secondary 48-megapixel ultrawide sensor, a tertiary 8-megapixel sensor for maybe be optical or hybrid zoom, and then finally a 2-megapixel shooter, most probably for macro shots. A few more screenshots of the camera app reveal that the camera is going to support 8K videos recording at 30fps and 4K videos recording at up to 120fps.

A few previous leaks also revealed that the OnePlus 9 series is going to feature a 4500 mAh battery and 65-watt fast charging, and the Pro version will also feature a 45-watt wireless charging as well.
