Apple Reveals Schedule For ‘Biggest Ever’ WWDC 2020: Starting on June 22

In March, Apple had confirmed that it will hold an all-virtual WWDC 2020 in June and as per the confirmed bit from the Cupertino-based company itself, the event will commence on June 22nd. It will follow the all-online digital event format that the COVID-19 pandemic has forced companies to opt for when launching products.

According to the full schedule released by Apple, the Special Event Keynote for WWDC 2020 will commence on June 22 at 10 AM PT or 10:30 PM IST. The event will be all-free and will be streamed live from the Apple Park on YouTube, Apple TV app, the Apple Developer app, Apple’s website among other virtual avenues.

Soon after the keynote ends, Apple will hold a Platforms State of the Union that will be on-demand and will be held discussing the upcoming OSes and other products. The event will commence at 2 PM PT (June 22nd) or 2:30 AM IST (on June 23rd) and will be on-demand on Apple Developer’s website and app.

WWDC 2020 will be massive as it will also hold more than 100 engineering sessions helmed by Apple engineers between June 23 to 26 starting at 10 AM PDT each day.

The Apple Developer Forums will commence from June 18 and will have more than 1,000 engineers answering questions and queries posted by developers. This is the avenue where developers can gain insights and information directly from Apple engineers.

Apple will be holding a 1-to-1 discussion aka 1-on-1 Developer Labs between developers and Apple engineers from across the globe discussing the latest OS releases upon taking an appointment before or during the event as per deemed by Apple. It will be held between June 23 to 26. This will conclude the WWDC 2020 event.
