Samsung Galaxy S10+ Spotted on Geekbench running Android 9.0 Pie

Samsung’s Galaxy S10 series is now just a month away to make its debut on  February 20, 2019. As the event is drawing nearer, the rumour mill is churning more aggressively around the new flagship smartphones. Till now, we’ve seen the devices in several leaked photos, still, however, some mysteries remain. But now, benchmarks of the Galaxy S10+ have leaked on popular
benchmarking portal, Geekbench, featuring powerful specs and pretty impressive scores.

As per the leaked benchmarking results, Samsung  Galaxy S10+ will bear a model no.’SM-G795U’. The supposed Galaxy S10+ obtains an impressive single score of 3413 and a multi-core of 10256, which is more than that of Galaxy S9+ or Pixel 3XL. This benchmark listing shows the Snapdragon-powered variant of the Galaxy 10 Plus, but be noted the phone will also come in an Exynos-powered variant. The listing further discloses the phone will be pre-installed with Android 9.0 Pie and packs a Qualcomm octa-core chipset clocked at 1.78Ghz. in addition, the phone will have a whopping 6GB RAM variant as per the geekbench listing. Rumors are also suggesting an 8GB RAM variant of the phone that  probably gonna paired with 128GB of internal storage.

As per what we know so far, The base or standard variant for the upcoming Galaxy S10 lineup will feature a 6.1-inch curved Infinity-O display (possibly with Super AMOLED). It will have a curved panel with a punch hole of the top left side on the screen for its front camera along with thin and symmetrical bezels on opposites sides. The device will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner although it is highly probable that it might not be ultrasonic but we aren’t sure. It is reported to be powered by 8nm Exynos 9820 SoC which is bound to release in India and few other countries while the rest of the world will get the stunningly powerful 7nm Snapdragon 855 SoC.
