Honor, the former Huawei sub-brand, has unveiled its latest flagship – the Honor 90 GT – in China. Equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, this smartphone is a top-tier contender, offering up to 24GB RAM and a massive 1TB of storage. For now, it’s exclusively available in China, with no announcements yet about international availability.

Talking about the pricing onboard, the Honor 90 GT is pegged at CNY 2,599 (or INR 30,300/-) for the 12+256GB variant. The higher 16+256GB picks up a price tag of CNY 2,899 (or INR 33,800/-) while the 12+512GB trim picks up a price tag of CNY 3,199 (or INR 37,300). On top of that, the highest trim at 24GB+1TB config retails for CNY 3,699 (or INR 43,100/-).

The Honor 90 GT starts at CNY 2,599 (approximately INR 30,300) for the 12+256GB variant. The 16+256GB model is priced at CNY 2,899 (around INR 33,800), while the 12+512GB version costs CNY 3,199 (about INR 37,300). The top-tier 24GB+1TB variant is available for CNY 3,699 (roughly INR 43,100).

Pre-orders are open on Honor China website, with sales commencing on December 26. Buyers can choose from GT Blue, Burn Fast Gold, and Star Black color options.

The Honor 90 GT features a 6.7” FHD+ OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,840Hz PWM dimming for smoother visuals. A 16MP front camera is neatly placed in a centered cut-out notch. At the back, the phone boasts a stylish rectangular camera module with curved edges, housing a 50MP Sony IMX800 main sensor with OIS and a 12MP ultrawide lens, supplemented by an LED flash.

Inside, the Honor 90 GT is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and an Adreno 740 GPU. It offers various memory configurations, as detailed in the pricing section. The device runs on Android 14 with MagicOS 7.2. A sophisticated 3D vapor chamber efficiently manages heat dissipation.

The phone is equipped with a hefty 5000mAh battery, supported by 100W fast charging for rapid power-ups. Connectivity options include 5G, Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, and USB-C, among others, ensuring a comprehensive and high-end user experience.
