Finally, after a long wait, the iPhone 18 Pro series sale is going live today. We are talking about the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max that arrived officially on September 9 at Apple’s Surprise and Shine event, with pre-orders starting on September 12. Cut to now, the duo is available for purchase across Apple stores, Apple’s website, and partner retailers across the globe.
iPhone 18 Pro series sale begins today
Apple officially commenced taking pre-orders for the iPhone 18 Pro series on September 12 at 5 am PT. As of now, the iPhones have begun shipping as scheduled, i.e., September 18 (Friday) starting at 8 am ET. However, shipping estimates suggest these few hours will be critical, as Apple is seeing quite a lot of pre-orders for the next-gen series, which means configurations could slip out of stock in a couple of hours.
This means if you are to place an order for an iPhone 18 Pro Max, the wait time in the US could be as long as three to four weeks at least for specific configurations and colorways. On the other hand, the iPhone 18 Pro is witnessing lower demand; however, there’s still a 2-3 week wait time for any configuration.
Note that the availability with vendor-locked devices such as T-Mobile can differ, and similarly, the retailers may have different wait times as well. Thus, if I were you, I would put all my fingers in to find my way around Apple stores and whatnot to get the iPhone 18 Pro unit in my hand.
