Samsung is building up its Galaxy F-series of smartphones with Samsung Galaxy F41 already launched with Exynos 9611 chipset in India a few months ago. Cut to now, Samsung is working on a new Galaxy F62 in India. The information regarding the same was leaked by Indian leakster Ishan Agarwal.

Apparently, the Geekbench scores for Samsung SM-E625F that will be sold with the market name Samsung F62 have appeared. The F62 gets 763 points on single-core and 1952 points on multi-core test on Geekbench 5. If you want to gauge the performance of Exynos 9825 SoC, try Galaxy Note10 which sports the same processor. Second, in the Galaxy F-series, the Galaxy F62 is scheduled to arrive in India in early 2020 although there’s no ETA available at the moment. The listing shows that the processor is clocked at a base frequency of 1.95GB. Also, since F62 will sport Android 11, it would become the first Samsung device to arrive with Android 11-based OneUI 3.0 out-of-the-box.

Unfortunately, we don’t know much about the upcoming smartphone but it will have a larger battery given the fact that Galaxy F41 had a 6,000 mAh battery under the hood. There’s a Galaxy F12 in the works too with a 7,000 mAh battery that adds credibility to our assumptions that F62 will indeed sport a large-sized battery.

Galaxy F41 sports a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 64MP rear triple camera setup. No doubt F62 will add on these specifications since it belongs to the high-end part for the F-series spectrum. Other specs mounted on F41 includes a 15W fast charging tech, an Exynos 9611 SoC under the hood, a 64+8+5MP triple rear camera setup, and a 32MP front selfie shooter. The phone arrived with OneUI 2.5 based on Android 10 with connectivity features such as dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, GPS, Bluetooth v5.0, and a USB Type-C port.
