Motorola recently unveiled their next generation X device which goes by the name Moto X4. Now the California-based brand is working on another mid-budget smartphone. Moto One Power, as the name suggests, runs on Android One making it the second Lenovo device to run on this OS. For those who’re not aware, Android One is nothing but a stock Android OS with constant and long-term support since it is directly supported by Google.
Moto One Power leaked specifications and availability
Now, a recently leaked image shows us the complete specification of this upcoming device. The leak is from a Spanish listing spotted by a tech publication – Techienize. As per the leak, Motorola One Power is going to come with a 6.2-inch full HD+ display with the resolution of 2280×1080. Following the current trend, this device also has a big notch and smaller side bezels. There is a Motorola logo inscribed on the chin. The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
Speaking of optics, there is a dual vertical camera setup at the back having a 12MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture and 5MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture. The front, on the other hand, comes with a single camera sensor of 8MP having an aperture of f/2.2. There is a fingerprint sensor at the back with the Motorola Logo. Moto One Power houses a 3780mAh battery and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo. Looking at the specifications, the device will directly compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1.
Apart from this, the leak didn’t reveal any further information regarding specs, pricing, launch, and availability. We’re expecting to meet more leaks down the road. It is worth noting that the previously leaked specifications are clearly different from what we’re seeing today. There is a high chance that this device might come with another variant or one of the two leaks is false. Therefore, all the leaks should be taken with a pinch of salt.
