iQOO has released yet another smartphone in the market. It belongs to the iQOO U5 series that debuted some time ago. I am talking about iQOO U5x which is a slightly cheaper version without 5G and a slightly downgraded Snapdragon 680 SoC. Here’s more about the device that you should know.
iQOO U5x Pricing and Availability
The phone arrived in China at a price tag of Yuan 899 which translates to INR 10,700/- for the base 4GB+128GB variant. The higher 8GB+128GB trim goes on sale at Yuan 1099 which loosely translates to INR 13,700/-. Note that the phone arrived in China, its availability in India and global markets hasn’t been disclosed yet.
iQOO U5x Specifications
iQOO U5x packs in 6.51″ HD+ LCD panel housing an 8MP sensor embedded in a waterdrop-shaped notch. The budget category smartphone packs in a 13+2MP rear dual-camera assembly housed in a rectangular camera bump which looks more like Oppo Reno7 series and Nord 2 possibly because, at the end of the day, all three companies are under BBK Electronics. The back panel has a good-looking 3D grid pattern too.
Moving on, the phone has a Snapdragon 680 SoC which is a downgrade from Snapdragon 695 on an iQOO U5. There are two RAM options available i.e. 4GB and 6GB with a single 128GB internal storage trim. You also get a beefy 5000mAh battery with up to 10W charging tech using a microSD port.
