As per the listing, Nokia 6.1 Plus runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset clocked at 1.8 GHz coupled with Adreno 509 GPU. It packs 4GB of RAM inside but we’re also expecting a 6GB RAM variant. The benchmark listing also revealed that the device will be running on the latest version of Android 8.1 Oreo. Since this is the benchmark test, we also have a single-core score as well as multi-core score. The device managed to get 1332 on its single core test and 4903 on its multi-core test. The benchmark scores line up with our expectation from the Snapdragon 636 processor.

To recall, Nokia X6 comes with a 5.8-inches Full HD+ IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels. Speaking of protection, the display has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on it. The smartphone comes in three different storage variants  – 4GB RAM + 32GB storage, 4GB RAM + 64GB storage, and 6GB RAM + 64GB storage. Coming to the optics, there is a dual camera setup at the back having a 16MP primary sensor with a f/2.0 aperture and a 5MP secondary sensor with a  f/2.2 aperture lens. There is a 16MP front selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.0.

Other specifications include Face Unlock support, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, and 3060mAh battery. Talking about the Indian launch, there is no word on the exact launch date, pricing, and availability. Although, the Indian launch is sooner than we think as previously a support page of the device on Nokia India website went live earlier.
