OnePlus 9 series is incoming and it will be shipped with the finest specifications available. According to the latest leak by Voice, the OnePlus 9 Pro will support a higher 45W wireless charging tech is a 50 percent increase from last year’s OnePlus 8 Pro that supported 30W wireless charging tech.
The folks at Voice said that at least OnePlus 9 Pro will support an enhanced 45W wireless charging tech. Last year, we saw OnePlus releasing the OnePlus 8 Pro with 30W wireless charging that was capable of juicing up the battery (4,510 mAh) to half of its capacity in just 30 minutes wirelessly. With that being said, a higher 45W speed churning out almost 50 percent more speed i.e. probably between 15 to 20 minutes although the Chinese smartphone maker hasn’t provided any figures related to it yet.
Apart from wireless charging, the OnePlus 9 Pro also supports reverse wireless charging tech that allows users to charge other devices such as a BT headphone or a phone wirelessly. Voice also mentioned that the OnePlus 9 too supports wireless charging although with an unspecified charging speed as we don’t know about it yet. It should be at least 30W or more given that the OnePlus 8 Pro was rolled out with 30W wireless charging tech as mentioned before.
