The smartphone making company is ready to launch its new earphones in the market after the herculean sales of OnePlus. Smartphone brands have always been under pressure to offer users “best in class’ and OnePlus have managed that image very well in the industry. A year ago OnePlus bullets V2 had launched and the performance of the earphones was best in the range, the build quality and the sound were pretty good in V2 though not for the bass lovers. But this time we are expecting some good from the Shenzhen based company.

OnePlus had announced the launch of the new variant of the bullet series in India after its launch in London in a price gamut of Rs 3,990. The bullets wireless quirks a flexible neckband design with a fleecy silicon coating and seem to be comfortable to wear for an extended amount of time. If we get into the technicality, there is a lot of stuff that company had put in the earphones to make it up-to the mark. But if we talk in simple words here’s what the company had done.

There is not an official IP rating to the wireless earphones though the company claims it to be water-resistant with the splashes of water. The earphones boast the feature like fast charging. Speaking of battery life, the earphones come with a tremendous backup of 8 hours and also supports Qualcomm’s aptX high-resolution audio codec. The cherry on the cake is the dash charging of the earphones, the left side of the neckband has a USB type-C port. With the charging of 10 minutes, the user can expect a battery life up-to 5 hours.

There are also some perks to having a OnePlus smartphone with these wireless earphones, the company had added some features oriented to their smartphone users, the magnetic control feature. This is one of the coolest features of the earphone, the music playback will stop as soon as the tips of the earbuds were linked and this feature works on all smartphone either Android or the iPhone. However, the resume feature doesn’t work on any phone other than OnePlus. According to the OnePlus website it only works with OnePlus 5, OnePlus 5T, and OnePlus 6 .

With the slow extinction of the 3.5mm jack from the smartphones, the need for the  bluetooth earphones have been increased and there is not much variety in the budget segment. These earphones would be a great choice under the 5K budget. Most of the smartphones company had already entered the wireless earphone market like Apple with Air pod, Samsung with IconX and now the OnePlus has also entered the market. The company is set to launch the earphones on 19th of June in India. You’ll be able snap-up the earphones on Amazon and OnePlus official website.
