Poco has finally unveiled the mid-range Poco X5 Pro in India, replacing the Poco X4 Pro from last year, after several tweaks and speculations. The phone is equipped with several standout features, including a 120Hz display, 108MP cameras, 67W fast charging, Snapdragon 778G soC, and much more.

Although the phone may resemble Redmi phones, it is a sibling of the Redmi line. to rival alternatives such as the Motorola Edge 30, iQOO Z6 Pro, Redmi K50i, and others. This new mid-range device from the Xiaomi spinoff is driven by an Adreno 642L GPU and an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. The MIUI 14 UI with POCO’s native launcher sits on top of Android 12 on this dual-SIM (Nano) 5G smartphone.

It has a 6.67-inch full-HD+ Xfinity AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz adaptive and a maximum brightness of 900 nits. The display also supports HDR10+, has a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. Additionally, there is up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of onboard UFS 2.2 storage. Poco recently announced the Poco X5 5G for the worldwide market, however, this is just for the Indian market.
