Samsung Galaxy A15 is expected to launch in Q1 2024. We do know that there are indeed two models – Galaxy A15 4G and A15 5G and will be powered by Helio G99 and Dimensity 6100+ chipsets, respectively. Both the devices have made their appearance on Geekbench making their launches imminent. Here’s the story about the latest Geekbench test on A15 5G.

Samsung Galaxy A15 5G Spotted on Geekbench

Samsung Galaxy A15 5G bearing model number SM-A156B has been spotted on GeekBench. It reportedly scored 664 points on single-core and 1,717 points on multi-core tests. The listing suggests 4GB RAM, Android 14-based OneUI 6, and a Dimensity 6100+ processor clocked at a max 2.20GHz frequency.

A Galaxy A15 4G bearing model number SM-A155F made its appearance on Geekbench early last month scoring 743 and 2005 points on single-core and multi-core tests. The listing further mentions 4GB RAM and an octa-core processor clocked at a whopping 2.20GHz max frequency.

Samsung Galaxy A15 Expected Specifications

Samsung Galaxy A15 is expected to arrive in both 4G and 5G versions powered by Helio G99 and Dimensity 6100+ SoC, respectively. Galaxy A15 will bring along 4/6GB RAM and an Android 13-based OneUI 6 out-of-the-box.

Leaked Galaxy A15 5G specs suggest a 6.5” FHD+ 90Hz Infinity-U panel whereas another set of leaks suggests a 6.4” OLED panel but we aren’t certain if that’s for the 4G or 5G variant. On the optics front, we have a 50MP primary snapper with 10x zoom, a 5MP ultrawide, and a 2MP auxiliary rear triple camera assembly on the Galaxy A15 5G. There’s a 13MP front camera on-board.

Next up, we have 128GB storage that can be further expanded to 1TB. A 5,000mAh battery powers the device paired alongside 25W charging support just like Galaxy S22. Finally, we have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for authentication.
