Mid-range Samsung Galaxy A55 is about to make its global debut, as evident from its recent appearance on the 3C certification website. Adding to the anticipation, MySmartPrice, in collaboration with renowned tipster OnLeaks, has unveiled a CAD-based 5K render of the Galaxy A55. These renders provide a comprehensive look at the phone’s design, including button and port placement.

The Samsung Galaxy A55, as shown in the renders, features an Infinity-O front camera with a FHD+ 120Hz refresh rate display. It houses a 32MP selfie shooter within a punch-hole cutout, mirroring the specifications of the Galaxy A54. The bezels are subtly designed, with no significant difference from the A54 in this aspect.
In design, the Galaxy A55 bears a strong resemblance to its predecessor, measuring 161.1 x 77.3 (or 77.9) x 8.2mm. The rear camera setup includes three sensors, each slightly raised above the back panel, without a protruding camera island. The power and volume buttons are on the right, while the left side is sleek and button-free.
The phone’s side frame is flat, a style shift from the curved edges of previous models, enhancing usability. At the bottom, you’ll find a Type-C port next to a bottom-firing speaker, and the SIM slot is conveniently located on the top.

Based on the latest rumors and leaks, the Galaxy A55 might feature a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, topped with Gorilla Glass 5. Rumored to be powered by an Exynos 1480 SoC and paired with an AMD GPU, it could offer up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage space. The device is expected to run on Samsung’s OneUI 5/6.
The rear camera setup is anticipated to comprise a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, alongside a 12MP ultrawide and a 5MP macro sensor. The front-facing camera, like the Galaxy A54, is expected to be a 32MP sensor. A robust 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging capabilities is also expected.
