We are a few months away from the Samsung Galaxy S24 series, however, the leaks and rumors are all lining up almost every day revealing the upcoming series to the tee. Turns out tipster Yogesh Brar got his hands on the key specifications that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will see next year and here’s what made the phone the top-notch Samsung Galaxy device of 2024.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Leaked Specifications
According to Brar, the epitome of the flagship releasing in 2024, aka the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, will sport a 6.8” QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED panel with LTPO technology. It will bring an onboard 120Hz refresh rate as well. The biggest design upgrade for the phone is its titanium frame which replaces the current-gen metallic frame used on S23 Ultra. This goes in line with what iPhone 15 Pro models are expected to drive which goes onto show why Samsung might make the upgrade.
Moving on, we have the yet unreleased Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC under the hood that will power the phone. It is a chipset fabbed on a 4nm node by Samsung and TSMC and is expected to use the same chipset across all markets unlike S24 and S24 Plus which will get both Exynos and Snapdragon options.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will pack in a quad-camera setup, again. It will use an optimized 200MP HP2 sensor that is being used by S23 Ultra presently. There’s a 50MP (periscope) telephoto lens on the docket too paired with 3x optical zoom. Next, we have a 12MP and a 10MP camera at the back too, possibly taking the ultrawide and a telephoto cam onboard.
Moving on, we have a 5,000mAh battery under the hood, the same as S23 Ultra, paired with 45W fast charging tech. The upcoming Galaxy S24 Ultra does share some similarities to the S23 Ultra although the major specs will be an upgrade including the camera, processor, performance, and display among others.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to make its debut earlier next year although the dates aren’t out as of this writing. Meanwhile, Apple iPhone 15 series is set to debut on September 12 followed by Google Pixel 8 series on October 4 this year. OnePlus 12 is likely to make its debut earlier next year too probably within the vicinity of the Galaxy S24 series launch but no dates are out as of now.
