We already know that Samsung is going to unveil its Galaxy Note 20 series on August 5 during the Galaxy Unpacked event. Due to the health concerns in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the event is going to take place online for the first time. Previous reports confirmed that the South Korean tech giant is planning to release Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 in the same event. Now, the South Korean publication, The Korea Herald has revealed that the company is planning to unveil more devices alongside the Note 20 series and Fold 2.

The publication reported that the company will be launching Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G and Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 alongside the Fold 2 and Note 20 series of smartphones. Also, a few other reports suggest that the company might also unveil the bean-shaped Galaxy Buds X and Galaxy Tab S7 series in the same event. Moreover, reliable tipster Jon Prosser from Front Page Tech in collaboration with Ice Universe also tweeted out a list of all the Samsung devices we can expect to launch during the Unpacked event. Jon did also mention that the devices will launch on August 20, despite the launch taking place on August 5.

According to Ice Universe on Weibo, we can also expect the launch of Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 Plus on the same event. The Galaxy Tab S7 series is the company’s take on the Apple iPad Pro 2020. Both these upcoming tablets from Samsung are leaked recently. The smaller 11-inch Galaxy Tab S7 passed through China 3C’s certification which revealed the possible battery capacity of the device itself. The model number of Tab S7 is EB-BT875ABY. The device with this model number is expected to come with a 7760 mAh battery which is an upgrade from 7040 mAh battery found on its predecessor. The large Galaxy Tab S7 Plus was spotted in Bluetooth SIG certification site with model number SM-T976B and comes with a 12.3-inch display and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. Other reports also suggest us the Plus variant might come with whopping 9800 mAh battery.

Last year’s Galaxy Fold is not a huge success. Despite having a unique design and form-factor it has failed to impress a lot of consumers because of its durability. Rumors suggest that Samsung would still keep the design the same with book-like form but with better durability. The recent reports also confirm that there will be no support for the S-Pen this time according to the Korean publication The Elec. The Galaxy Fold 2 is expected to come with a 120 Hz display refresh rate. According to the publication, the company did not develop the display that could take the pressure of S-Pen tapping it. We can expect the S-Pen with Galaxy Fold 3 as the recent reports also suggest that Samsung has recently partnered with Corning to develop an ultra-thin glass. As for the Galaxy Z Flip 5G, the device itself remains the same but will come with 5G support out of the box this time.

The Galaxy Watch is a huge hit. The company primarily launched the Bluetooth variant and later has also unveiled the LTE variant for the same. The Galaxy Watch 3 support page went live recently hiring the launch reports true. According to the reports by XDA Developers, the pairing application i.e., Galaxy Wearable application contains assets that suggest the next-generation Samsung wearable. The company did not unveil the Galaxy Watch 2, they are naming it Watch 3 just to avoid the confusion between already existing Galaxy Watch Active 2. The Watch 3 is rumored to be available in two variants including 41mm and 45mm and also speculated to come in LTE and non-LTE variants just like its predecessor.

Although it is not mentioned in any of the reports by Ice Universe and Jon Prosser, the Galaxy Buds X pair of truly wireless earphones are going to be unveiled during the Unpacked event. According to the reports from XDA, the Galaxy Wearable application also includes the asset of the Buds X. The report concludes that the company generally does not add the assets for new products before the launch. It is speculated that both Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Buds X are in their final stages of development.

Last but not the least, the Galaxy Note 20 series. Well, we pretty much know everything about these two devices as they are in the rumor mill for quite some time now. Recently Ice Universe via Twitter said that The Galaxy Note 20 will have a flat display instead of a curved display. If this happens, this will be the first time in five years that company opts for a flat display on the Note series. The last flat-screened Note we have seen is the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 as all the Note series phones after that carry a curved display. This makes a lot of sense considering the fact that curved displays are reserved for ‘Edge’ variants previously. With that being said, the larger Galaxy Note 20+ will still have the curved display.
