We have been hearing about the upcoming Unpacked 2022 to be held sometime in August, however, there were no dates attached to it. Cut to now, we have an official date coming from Samsung Mobile itself. The Unpacked 2022 is happening on August 10 as the South Korean giant confirmed in a cryptic tweet when two foldable flagship devices will be released along with Galaxy Watch 5 series.
Samsung confirms Galaxy Unpacked 2022 Event
The Samsung Unpacked 2022 is happening on August 10th as confirmed by Samsung Mobile’s official Twitter handle. The cryptic post gives a peek into a grid of letters, symbols, and numbers that may not make sense at a glance. However, the third image clearly says 081022 which is August 10th, 2022. Since Samsung has mentioned Samsung Unpacked with a hashtag, we can’t doubt what the dates are all about.
Tipster Evan Blass suggested the August 10th date for the Samsung Unpacked 2022 event as well although the information is confirmed for now. Samsung will launch two major foldable devices aka Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4. There are Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro as well which is something we know for sure.
Samsung will release a handful of teasers and trailers over a couple of days building up to the August 10 event. We are pretty confident that we will get to see some official renders even before the launch so watch out for this space for more updates.
