Xiaomi teased two smartphones, and we don’t need to wait long anymore until we’ll finally know what they’re releasing!
Today Xiaomi begun teasing the launch of two new smartphones which will only be available on the Chinese market, just like with all the phones coming from Xiaomi. The launch is scheduled for this coming Wednesday. If we’re looking to what Xiaomi teased for their upcoming smartphones, so no spoilers are included. The only things we can see are “Mi Dual 11”, hinting at two smartphones that will be released on the 11th of November.
So, what do we think Xiaomi will release this Wednesday? If we’re taking a look at the rumor circuit we can find the Xiaomi Mi 5 and Redmi Note 2 Pro at the top of the list. As for the Xiaomi Mi 5 the rumors said that it would be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 or the MT Helio X20 SoC, supported by 4GB of RAM, a 5.3-inch QHD display, along with other high-end features. Recently another rumor suggested that Xiaomi won’t launch their Xiaomi Mi 5 until early December this year, and the Snapdragon 820 isn’t expected to arrive inside devices until early next year, so just take this rumor with a pinch of salt.
As for the second rumored handset, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro, it is expected to have the same internals as the current Redmi Note 2, but with a fingerprint scanner and a metal build. As we look at the specs for the device it really looks like a mid-range device, but it’s still powered by an octa-core SoC, it has a 13MP rear camera and a Full-HD (1920 x 1080P) 5.5-inch display.
Looking into Xiaomi’s collection of smartphones we can see enough new smartphones and surprises that came in this year. But, let’s say it won’t take long anymore until we know what Xiaomi is working on. Thank you for visiting TrueTech. We hope to see you next time, at your source for all things, tech!
