After the Apple September event, Xiaomi released the Civi 2 exclusively in China in October 2022, the smartphone set the precedent for Android devices to have the Dynamic Island feature of the iPhone 14 Pros. According to current rumors, Xiaomi may soon release the Xiaomi 13 Lite, the first Android device with Dynamic Island, internationally. The Xiaomi 13 Lite could soon make its debut on the global market. This device may be the Xiaomi Civi 2 rebranded under a different name, according to rumors. Prior to its anticipated unveiling, a reputable source posted a video of the Xiaomi 13 Lite being unboxed.
Several of the alleged smartphone’s characteristics are shown in the leaked video. These features seem to be consistent with earlier rumors that the Xiaomi 13 Lite will launch as a rebranded version of the Xiaomi Civi 2. Here are the necessary details.
Xiaomi 13 Lite to have Android’s First Dynamic Island
The rumored Xiaomi 13 Lite has just surfaced in an unboxing video from Tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, indicating that the device is about to launch. In the video, the Xiaomi phone is seen to have a curved screen. Additionally, a 67W fast charger appears to be included in the box. Ambhore has also disclosed some of the important details about this future smartphone via a Tweet.

A 6.55-inch full-HD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate is reportedly included in the Xiaomi 13 Lite. Additionally, this display may support Dolby Vision, have a peak brightness of 1,000 nits, and use pulse-width modulation at 1,920 Hz (PWM). It could be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC.
This Xiaomi smartphone is anticipated to include three cameras on the back, with the 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 serving as the focal point. A 20-megapixel wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor may also be added. Additionally, the Xiaomi 13 Lite could include two 32-megapixel front cameras.
