Today, we know Google, the largest power on the web! The company that has expanded all over, had just begun being a normal self-hosted search engine. A recent large change that Google has noticed is the arrival of a new parental company called Alphabet that will be run by Larry P. Sergey B. All these plays a vital role in Google’s history thus, they plan to celebrate their achievements by a video and a brand new logo.

From the beginning, the name of the company has always been fully written on the logo, saying “Google”. What is brought forward is the new design, and a materialistic feel.

So you might wonder, what’s the significance of the new logo? Heres an official from Google who has the reasoning for how and why will the new Google logo enhance the experience!

“These days, people interact with Google products across many different platforms, apps and devices—sometimes all in a single day. You expect Google to help you whenever and wherever you need it, whether it’s on your mobile phone, TV, watch, the dashboard in your car, and yes, even a desktop!

Today we’re introducing a new logo and identity family that reflects this reality and shows you when the Google magic is working for you, even on the tiniest screens. As you’ll see, we’ve taken the Google logo and branding, which were originally built for a single desktop browser page, and updated them for a world of seamless computing across an endless number of devices and different kinds of inputs (such as tap, type and talk).

It doesn’t simply tell you that you’re using Google, but also shows you how Google is working for you. For example, new elements like a colorful Google mic help you identify and interact with Google whether you’re talking, tapping or typing. Meanwhile, we’re bidding adieu to the little blue “g” icon and replacing it with a four-color “G” that matches the logo.”

You can expect the new look to rollout to various products starting today. What do you think of the new logo? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

The new look will soon rollout to all the google products/services beginning today. By the way, what are your thoughts about the new logo? Tell us, mention it in the comments.
