Xiaomi launched the Mi 11 before the 2020 ended and new devices are on their way to debut in the Mi 11 series namely Mi 11 Lite and Mi 11 Pro. Apparently, the first one is, as the name suggests, a cheaper and a less powerful smartphone and we just got our hands on some of the specs that you would be interested to know.

As per the Chinese leakster Digital Chat Station, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite will pack in an OLED display with a front punch-hole camera sensor on the top-left corner. There will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7350 chipset under the hood. Apparently, the device will pack in a 5x telephoto snapper and a 64MP primary sensor at the back.

Previously leaked Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite render showed a triple camera setup at the back. As per the source, the device will have a SM7350 SoC but the thing is, there’s no SM7350 and thus, speculations are that it is a Snapdragon 755G. It is a 5nm chipset with one Cortex-A78 core along with a 3+4 cores setup. The chipset supports LPDDR5 flash up to 12GB memory, UFS 3.1 storage system, a 120Hz refresh rate given the fact that it is using an OLED panel so the Mi 11 Lite will likely support it too. However, the chipset still exists in rumors and hasn’t made an official rollout at least at the time of writing this.

When it comes about the camera tech, the 64MP primary sensor on-board Mi 11 Lite is surely a massive downgrade from the Mi 11’s 108MP sensor but we will have to wait for more coverage around it.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite will be a downgraded and an affordable version of the flagship Mi 11 so a bit of downgrades here and there are expected. The periscope lens is likely to stay so expect it to jump up to 5x zoom as well.

Watch out this space for more coverage on the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite and other devices to join the series soon.
