According to him, ASUS managed to sell around 70,000 to 80,000 units of the ROG Ally systems within a year of its launch. Notably, the majority of Indian gamers embraced this gaming console at an early stage, surpassing the adoption rates seen in more industrialized economies.

The ASUS executive further revealed an additional observation regarding the increased prominence of gaming laptops, which has surpassed that of gaming desktops in both the Indian and global markets. While dedicated gamers still exhibit a preference for desktops, this inclination is not as strong among casual gamers. In line with its progress, ASUS is also enhancing its manufacturing capabilities in India, intending to commence the production of gaming PCs within the country this year.
