On January 22nd, the industry will witness the launch of one of the biggest flagship series, as Samsung will unwrap the Galaxy S25 Series. However, ahead of its official launch, Android Headlines has published the Galaxy S25 Series specs leak, revealing its full specifications. So, if you are eager to learn more about the next Galaxy devices, we have got you covered here.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Specs Leaked, Revealing Complete Details
Let’s begin with the vanilla model, so the Samsung Galaxy S25 is packed with a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC under the hood. There are chances we would see an overclocked version although let’s take it with a pinch of salt. We have a 6.2” Dynamic AMOLED 2X flat display with 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. There are three storage variants — 128GB/ 256GB / 512GB — pegged with a single 12GB RAM.
The device carries Android 15 out-of-the-box with One UI 7 on-top. It has Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth v5.3, and dual SIM setup on the go. On the battery front, we have a 4,000mAh battery pegged with 25W wired charging. I know that it’s not enough, but Samsung has been doing it for some time now so that’s not a surprise.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 camera specs show a 50MP primary, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 10MP telephoto shooter with OIS and 3x optical zoom. Finally, a 12MP selfie camera takes on all your selfies and video call purposes. Finally, the phone has dimensions of 146.9 × 70.5 × 7.2mm and weighs around 162g.
Samsung Galaxy S25+ Specifications
If you can spend a bit more, go for Galaxy S25+ which appears to me as a well-rounded phone with the best of both vanilla and top variants. So, the phone will draw power from the Snapdragon 8 Elite overclocked version with 12GB RAM, 256/512GB of storage, and no further storage expansions.
Furthermore, the Galaxy S25 Series specifications sheet suggests a larger 6.7” Dynamix AMOLED 2x panel with 3120 x 1440px or WQHD resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Samsung is going for a flat display on S25+ as well.
Moving further, we have a 4,900mAh battery with a 45W wired charging and there’s an additional wireless charging with specs unconfirmed. Despite that, the Galaxy S25+ measures 158.4 × 75.8 × 7.3mm and weighs around 190g, making it much taller and broader than its vanilla model.
When it comes to the cameras, we have observed a 50MP primary camera, 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom and OIS. On the front side, as a 12MP front camera is brought up.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Specifications
Leading the pack in terms of specs and beyond, we have Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, the top-of-the-line smartphone to exist from Samsung till-date.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra packs in a larger 6.9” Dynamic AMOLED 2x flat panel boasting WQHD resolution (3120 × 1440px) and a 120Hz of refresh rate. We have the overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite for robust performance, although other markets may get Exynos 2500 SoC. The same goes for all models under the Galaxy S25 umbrella.
We have 12GB RAM, 256GB/512GB/1TB of storage as well. On the camera front, the phone won’t disappoint you for sure. It packs in an arsenal of 200MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom and OIS, and finally, a 10MP telephoto shooter with OIS and 3x optical zoom. On the front side, a 12MP selfie camera takes care of all your selfies and video calls as well.
The phone draws power from a 5,000mAh battery (which could have been better) with a 45W wired changing. There’s wireless charging as well, although the specifics will be disclosed soon. Finally, the phone measures 162.8 × 77.6 × 8.2mm and weighs 218g. This makes the Galaxy S25 Ultra a bit heavier, taller, broader, and thicker than the Galaxy S25+.
