Wunderlist is next application which got acquired by Microsoft. It is third acquisition following Acompli (now Outlook) and Sunrise.

Wunderlist is a to-do list application which allows you to manage to-do lists. The application is available in a variety of platforms including iOS, Android and Windows Phone. It has more than 13 million users and 1 billion to-dos saved.

Both companies (6Wunderkinder and Microsoft) announced this in their blogs. Right now, they’re not going to make changes in Wunderlist. They will continue to build and deliver updates. If you’re paying for Pro version, the price will stay the same. If you’re not paying and using Free version, it will remain free.

Wunderlist is the most popular application for managing to-do lists. Wunderlist announced they will add new features to their application. They’re also planning to get more users to their application.

Both companies didn’t announce for how many Microsoft bought the company.
