Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 is the latest entrant in the much successful lineup from Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi. The smartphone was launched a few days ago and has India and China among the largest markets and guess what? Xiaomi sold 600,000 units of Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro on it’s first sale in India a few days ago and to highlight it, this figure is for the Indian market only that gives an estimate that Xiaomi must have sold millions of units worldwide during the same window.
Speaking about the latest edition to the Redmi series, Redmi Note 6 Pro is a midranged smartphone with 6.25-inch FHD display with a notch. It has a Snapdragon 636 bundled with 64GB internal and 4GB RAM which is an imperative specs sheet and with a price tag of merely 13,999/- or should I say it costs “peanuts” citing its specs that a smartphone with similar key specs would cost upwards of 15K INR, this is from Xiaomi that limits it’s margin to just 5 percent.
Xiaomi was able to pull off this herrendous task by selling 600K units in India alone on it’s first sale which by estimates, gives a rough figure of total 8.4 billion in revenue which is collossal in any senses. Also, Xiaomi will be conducting series of stocks after an interval and then, perform the same strategy all over the world where it operates which makes Xiaomi Redmi 6 Note Pro one of the fastest selling smartphone.
