OnePlus 11 series, just like its predecessors, has been heavily leaked as we approach closer to the official OnePlus 11 launch date. Rumours suggest that the OnePlus 11 series might feature a new eye-catching design, might go through some nomenclature changes, upgraded and industry-defying specs in usual OnePlus fashion, and might bring back fan favorite features.

Fortunately, we do have several confirmations from the Oppo-sister-company confirming some of the leaks that we have been excited for. And today, OnePlus has officially announced the OnePlus 11 launch date and the official Cloud 11 event, which might surprise you not only with the OnePlus 11 series but with much more product launches from the brand.

OnePlus 11 Launch Date

Based on the official OnePlus 11 launch date announced, the OnePlus 11 is set to be unveiled on February 7, 2023 in New Delhi, India. The official OnePlus 11 launch date poster above also teases the new rumoured eye-catching OnePlus 11 series design with a slogan: “Witness the Shape of Power”. The phone will launch with OnePlus Buds 2 Pro and more OnePlus products at the same event. The brand has also confirmed that the Hasselblad enhanced imagery will returns to the OnePlus 11 along with the fan-favorite alert slider.

It is, however, interesting to see OnePlus switch to India for their global launch, from China for the OnePlus 10 Pro – which was a phased, China-first launch that wasn’t well-received by the brand’s community.

OnePlus 11 Specifications (rumoured)

While we don’t exactly know what the official specs of the OnePlus 11 are going to be, we can trust the brand to slowly tease and reveal them before the leaks get to them. Nevertheless, that hasn’t stopped leaksters from sharing juicy details about the upcoming devices.

The official teaser confirms that the phone will feature a new eye-catching design, and according to leaks, the phone will have a ceramic build. However, it is yet to be confirmed whether the material will be ceramic or not. The same source also suggested that the phone may support UFS 4.0 storage.

Furthermore, the phone is said to feature 5,000mAh battery to power your phone through a day and a bit, with 100W wired charging. Based on rumours, you can also except flagship-level specs for the display: a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with QHD+ flagship resolution, and 120Hz refresh rate.

Based on the official design teaser, it’s confirmed that the phone will sport a triple camera sensor. Based on the leaks, these might include a 50-megapixel Sone IMX890 primary sensor, a 48-megapixel IMX581 ultrawide camera, and a 32-megapixel IMX709 telephoto camera with 2x zoom functionality.

Other rumours suggest that the OnePlus 11R will feature a curved display and an IR blaster as well. We don’t know if the OnePlus 11R will get Hasselblad enhanced cameras, but the same source suggested that it will regain the alert slider.

OnePlus 11 Price

Based on leaks and rumours, the company plans to skip the Pro variant this year and only focus on launching a standard model. The estimated OnePlus 11 price may start at $750-$850 (Rs.66,000 to Rs.75,000), based on the $799 OnePlus 10 Pro launch price. However, these are just our estimations. There is no official information about pricing or any other details yet. However, according to rumours, the OnePlus 11 standard variant will cost comparatively lesser than the Pro variant, we do not have any official work on it yet.

To conclude, there is a lot to look forward to with the OnePlus 11 phone(s) that are launching soon, especially with the brand’s promise to go back to being better again, and respect what the fans want. We are excited to see what the OnePlus 11 will pack and the rest of the powerful products OnePlus will announce on February 7th, 2023. What are your thoughts? Tell us in the comments below.
