The TV market today is like what the smartphone market used to be a few years ago when innovation was abundant but the adoption of the tech wasn’t at its highest. Taking advantage of the growing smart TV segment, Samsung has launched its QLED TV series in India.

While the OLED TVs are yet to make big in the Indian market, Samsung has launched its QLED tech. QLED here stands for Quantum dot technology, the technology that is being used in these TVs to create vivid colors they are known for. The biggest advantage of QLED over OLED is that the former can offer 100 percent color volume, which is the first in the world, against up to 68 percent of the latter.

Besides this, Samsung has also added a feature called HDR2000, which, as per the company, offers details with no loss or color distortion. Samsung is also offering a Smart View app that allows you to share content from Android or iOS smartphone to the TV. The QLED TVs have the smart TV features as standard.

Samsung has launched a premium series of TV, and every aspect of the product has a touch of luxury, be it the design or the remote. The company is bundling a special Samsung One Remote, which itself has a clutter-free design without unnecessary buttons, and can be used to control almost any connected TV devices. The remote also has voice control capabilities.

Another innovative feature that the Samsung QLED TVs come with is The Frame. The conventional TVs would fade to black when not in use, these TVs display some beautiful works of art from a collection of 100 such pieces. The TVs will also come with a single optical cable that brings all the cables going into your TV together for a clutter-free look.
