Xiaomi 15 Ultra Geekbench Listing Reveals Key Specifications Ahead of Launch
First things first, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra global variant just showed up on Geekbench listing hosting an Adreno 830 GPU. Although the listing doesn’t specifically mention the Snapdragon 8 Elite, it is a given that we will get the Qualcomm-flavored flagship chipset. It is also because last year’s Xiaomi 14 Ultra got a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and so on.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra Geekbench listing reveals a 25010PM30G model number, and it will ship with Android 15 out-of-the-box. Moreover, there’s 16GB of RAM which appears to be the top-of-the-line variant. It also means Xiaomi 15 Ultra will outrun Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra that maxes at 12GB of RAM.
We have heard a lot about Xiaomi 15 Ultra thanks to a myriad of leaks that have followed. For instance, the phone will definitely pull a fast one by maxing on the camera department. It will outrun the OnePlus 13 and Google Pixel 9 Pro.
Rumors suggest that there is a Sony Lytia LYT-900 primary snapper at the back. Plus, it will be flanked by a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, a 50MP telephoto shooter, and a 50MP ultra-wide snapper. Finally, we will have a 32MP front camera. Consequently, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will certainly be a pro in photography so that’s a given as well.
