- Realme GT7 Pro is set to launch sometime in November 2024, a month before its predecessor launched last year.
- It will be amongst the first to feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC along with an iPhone 16-like Camera Control button.
- Interestingly, the phone will actually make it to the Indian shores giving users an array of flagship phones to choose from this year.
Looks like we could get our hands on the next-gen flagship Realme GT7 Pro a little early this year. Tipster Smart Pikachu took it to Weibo to tease the upcoming launch set sometime in November this year, a month earlier than Realme GT6 Pro that launched in December last year.
Realme GT7 Pro Tipped To Launch in November This Year
According to a launch timeline highlighted by tipster Smart Pikachu, we could see the OnePlus 13 by the end Of October. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 launching at the Snapdragon Summit between October 21 to 23.
The next flagship smartphone to follow is Realme GT7 Pro in November, although the dates are not yet available. For context, its predecessor arrived in China in December last year which means the aforementioned timeline for GT7 Pro could be dubious.
However, there have been instances when Realme Vice President Chase Xu was seen quoting early launch for its upcoming model tagging #RealmeGT5Pro. It is nothing short of a rather not-so-subliminal hint at the forthcoming Realme GT7 Pro, the successor to GT5 Pro (yes, there’s no GT6 Pro for some reason).
What’s more interesting is the fact that Realme GT7 Pro will actually make it to Indian shores as well. This will see the flagship segment as much competition as we already have Google Pixel 9 Series, and Apple iPhone 16 Series; the OnePlus 13 will launch soon along with the iQOO 13, Xiaomi 15 Series, and so on.
Realme GT7 Pro Design & Solid-State Button
Realme GT7 Pro is set to launch in November as aforementioned. According to Smart Pikachu, the phone will use a glass back and a composite material for its frame. It remains to be determined exactly what the composite material is all about.
OnePlus, on the other hand, is set to see some innovative tech with its ‘composite’ material as it prepares its launch next month.
Interestingly, Realme GT7 Pro will have a solid-state button mounted on it just like iPhone 16 series. It will be touch and pressure-sensitive giving users access to a series of use cases. It remains to be seen what is the actual use case here since iPhone 16s are using it for cameras.
