Speculations aside, the OnePlus Ace 5 Series launch date is finally out. Both the flagship-cadre phones exclusive to the Chinese market are set to hit the market on December 26 — just a few days from today. OnePlus Ace 5 Series Launch Date Announced
We have been following news and bits about the upcoming Ace 5 series for a while now. Cut to now, the official OnePlus Ace 5 Series launch date is confirmed and that’s December 26. The launch, as usual, will happen in China (only) at 2.30 pm local time or noon IST. During the event, the new OnePlus Pad and Buds Ace 2 TWS will also be announced.
Talking about the OnePlus Ace 5 Series, we recently got a early first look leak showing off its brilliantly reduced bezels, a magnificent display, and superb performance thanks to a few leaks. The Ace 5 Series will feature a flat display and slim bezels along with a punch-hole camera at the front and a triple rear cam setup.
OnePlus Ace 5 Series Key Specs
According to the previous leaks, the OnePlus Ace 5 Series will be sold in three colorways — Moon Porcelain, Sky Purple, and Submarine Black. Under the hood, the vanilla Ace 5 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC while the Pro packs in the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite.
Furthermore, the OnePlus Ace 5 Series is tipped to boast a 6.78-inch BOE X2 display with a 1.5K resolutions. Both models will use a 50MP plus 50MP telephoto, and a 2MP macro snapper at the back.

The Ace 5 will pack a 6,415mAh battery with 80W fast charging and the Ace 5 Pro will include a slightly smaller 6,100mAh battery with 100W fast charging. OnePlus will use the glacier battery technology on the duo which brings a larger battery pack without increasing the overall size giving more backup.
Both the devices will be sold in China exclusively via the OnePlus official website in five different combinations — 12+256GB, 16+256GB, 12+512GB, 16+512GB, and 16GB+1TB.
As far as the OnePlus Ace 5 Series launch date in India is concerned, there’s no confirmation yet. However, given the previous launches, we are seeing somewhere in January 2025 as the appropriate time for its launch. For the uninformed, only the vanilla Ace 5, rebranded as OnePlus 13R, will arrive in India, whereas the Ace 5 Pro remains exclusive to China.
