  • The Oppo Find X9 Pro leak points to a 200MP periscope camera using Samsung’s HP5 sensor for ultra-clear long-range photography.
  • It offers a 6.78-inch LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and ultra-slim bezels using LIPO tech for a truly immersive screen.
  • Expected to run on the Dimensity 9500 chip, it may include a 7,500mAh battery, 50W wireless charging, and IP68/IP69 durability.

I’ve been following the Oppo Find X9 Pro leak for a while now, and yeah, there’s a lot that’s been floating around. Nothing official yet, but what’s out there looks pretty solid. If everything turns out to be true, this could be one of Oppo’s best flagship phones. I’ll just break it down real quick so it’s easy to get what’s coming.

What we know so far from the Oppo Find X9 Pro leak

Camera Setup

The first thing everyone’s talking about is the camera, and rightfully so. The latest leak says there’s going to be a 200MP periscope telephoto lens. That’s not something we see every day. It’s just one periscope this time, unlike the last model that had two.

Honestly, it seems Oppo’s going all in on making this one lens better instead of just throwing in more. Most likely, it’s going to be the Samsung HP5 sensor. You’ll probably get sharp zoomed shots, which is good for people who shoot stuff from a distance.

It won’t be just that one lens, though. There’s also going to be a 50MP main camera and a 50MP ultra-wide. So overall, it’s still a triple camera setup that covers all the basics.

Design and display

Based on leaks, we now speculate that the Oppo Find X9 Pro is going to offer a 6.78-inch OLED LTPO flat display. Moreover, it will offer a 1.5K resolution, so not exactly 2K, but it surely will be good enough for most consumers. The bezels are going to be really thin, thanks to this new LIPO tech or whatever they’re calling it now. I think this will make the phone look cleaner.

Furthermore, it’s also supposed to have an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the screen, which is better than the usual optical ones. The back will have the cameras on the top left. There’s also mention of a white color variant, which might be fiberglass or just glass. Although, it is not officially confirmed yet.

Performance and battery

For the processor, the leak indicates that we’ll see the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip on the board. This is one of MediaTek’s top chips, so it should be fast. No issues with performance if it’s real.

The battery part is kinda wild. There’s talk of a 7,500mAh battery, or at least close to that. That’s huge. If it’s true, this phone could easily last over a day. It’s also rumored to support 50W wireless charging. No word yet on the wired speed.

Also, the phone might have an IP68 or IP69 rating, which just means it’ll handle dust and water without a problem.

If you ask me, the latest leak is pointing at a really serious flagship phone. The camera looks like the main focus this time, especially with the 200MP zoom lens. The rest of the specs also look solid. Of course, until Oppo confirms it all, we can’t say for sure. But yeah, it’s something worth keeping an eye on if you’re into high-end Android phones.
