After more than a month of waiting for regulatory approval, the OnePlus 15 is officially heading to the United States. According to OnePlus, the device has now received clearance from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), allowing the company to move forward with its U.S. launch and pre-order schedule.

OnePlus states that the smartphone’s FCC review was delayed due to a 43-day U.S. government shutdown, which reportedly created a backlog of pending device certifications. The FCC oversees the authorization of smartphones and other wireless products before they can be sold in the country.

With the shutdown concluded, and the review completed, OnePlus confirmed that the OnePlus 15 is now approved for sale in the U.S., clearing the final regulatory hurdle since its global debut in November.
