OPPO has officially begun teasing the OPPO Reno15 series in India, hinting at an imminent launch. The lineup succeeds the Reno14 series, which debuted in China last month, and introduces notable design changes along with a broader product portfolio. The Reno15 series will feature three models: the Reno15, Reno15 Pro, and a new compact flagship, the Reno15 Pro Mini.
HoloFusion technology and dynamic Stellar Ring design
A standout feature of the OPPO Reno15 series is the debut of HoloFusion technology, a design innovation that produces a three‑dimensional layered visual effect on a single sculpted glass back.
The dynamic Stellar Ring design adds a square camera module that makes a halo glow in direct light. It is designed to blend smoothly with the back panel, giving the device a unified and unique look.
OPPO Reno15 Pro Mini specifications
The Reno15 Pro Mini features a 6.32-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit color depth, and 3,600 nits peak brightness. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. The device weighs 187 grams and measures 7.99mm in thickness, as it the most compact model in the series.
The global Reno15 Pro Mini, including the Indian variant, will be powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC, while the Chinese version uses MediaTek Dimensity 8450, according to industry sources.
OPPO Reno15 and Reno15 Pro specifications
The standard Reno15 and Reno15 Pro also feature AMOLED displays with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate for smoother visuals and improved power efficiency. The Reno15 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and offers a peak brightness of 3,600 nits. The device measures 7.65mm in thickness and weighs 205 grams.
Meanwhile, the base Reno15 features a 6.59-inch 120Hz AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection and delivers a peak brightness of 1,200 nits. The handset weighs 197 grams, with thickness varying between 7.77mm and 7.89mm depending on the variant.
All three models are built with an aerospace-grade aluminium frame and feature Sponge Bionic Cushioning, a structural element designed to improve shock absorption.
Durability and protection ratings
OPPO has confirmed the Reno15 series comes with IP66, IP68, and IP69 certifications, ensuring protection against dust, high‑pressure water jets, and immersion. These ratings place the Reno15 lineup as one of the most durable smartphones in its segment.
