iQOO is preparing to showcase its next-gen gaming phone, aka the iQOO 15 Ultra, in China, sporting a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. It comes with the first-ever Q3 gaming chip that brings ray tracing capability, native 2K upscaling, and 120fps interpolation. The phone has an active cooling system called the Ice Dome Air Cooling system that helps with exceptional heat dissipation.

The phone is equipped with 16GB of RAM that goes up to 24GB based on the variants, a 32MP selfie camera, and a 50MP triple rear camera on board. A giant 7,400mAh battery supplies the power backed by 100W fast charging tech and a giant 6.85” 2K LTPO Samsung panel on board.

Google Pixel 10a (Global)

Launch Date: February 18*

We are waiting for the Google Pixel 10a to drop by this month, and it could happen probably on February 18, amid Apple and Samsung announcements. The phone is rumored to uptick in terms of the prices, given the increasing surge in memory chips and the shortage that has followed through.

The Google Pixel 10a is likely to feature a 6.3” AMOLED FHD+ panel with 120Hz refresh rate, 2000 nits of brightness, and a design similar to the Pixel 10a, albeit with narrow bezels. The phone will be powered by the Tensor G4 SoC, featuring AI capabilities, 128GB or 256GB of storage, 8GB of RAM, and no microSD card slot. On the camera front, we have a 48MP primary OIS shooter paired with a 13MP ultra-wide rear camera setup and a 13MP front-facing camera. Pixel 10a should arrive with a 5,100mAH battery on board with lots of optimizations from Google and a 23W wired charging tech to back it up.

iQOO is teasing yet another smartphone for the Indian market, dubbed the iQOO 15R. Releasing on February 24, iQOO 15R is arriving with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, Android 16-powered OriginOS, a 6.59” AMOLED 144Hz panel, a hefty 7,600mAh battery, and a massive 200MP primary camera on board.

The phone is making its big reveal via Amazon India with a price tag of INR 55,000 or $599. It looks similar to the iQOO Z11 Turbo, available in China earlier this month. iQOO 15R comes with a 100W wired charging tech, a 32MP front camera, and an 8MP ultra-wide shooter at the back, as the device marks its Indian launch.

Samsung Galaxy S26 series (Global)

Samsung is all set to hold its biggest Unpacked event this year for the upcoming Galaxy S26 series. The date is tentatively set to February 25, as per tipster Evan Blass. There are at least three models to arrive—Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra—given the fact that S26 FE won’t come for at least a few months now. There’s also a Galaxy Buds4 lineup arriving on February 25 as well.

We have seen the Galaxy S26 series leak a number of times over the past couple of months. The series will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5 SoC and Exynos 2600 SoC, based on Samsung’s dual-chip strategy, which is both model-specific and region-specific. AI will be a big thing across the Galaxy lineup as usual. The vanilla S26 and S26+ will pick up a triple-camera layout, while the S26 Ultra goes for a quad-camera setup, possibly with a ginormous 200MP snapper on board.

Other features include UFS 4.x storage, up to 16GB of RAM, 7 years of Android upgrades, 1TB of storage, Victus 2 protection on top, and Wi-Fi 7, Type-C 3.2 USB, NFC, stereo speaker set, etc. There’s also satellite connectivity in the works across the Galaxy S26 series powered by Snapdragon SoCs.

Vivo V70 series

Vivo’s V-series has been following a bi-yearly update timeline, and it seems February 2026 is the month when the next-gen Vivo V70 series will arrive, at least in India. The series, consisting of the standard Vivo V70 and V70 Elite, is probably launching this month in China, followed by an Indian launch as well, thanks to a reported BIS certification received by the V70 Elite.

The Vivo V70 and V70 Elite feature a 6.59” FHD+ AMOLED 120Hz panel. The standard V70 is powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, while the Elite packs in Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC under the hood. The series is likely to pack in a 50MP primary and 8MP ultrawide shooter, followed by a 50MP Zeiss telephoto snapper capable of reaching 3x optical zoom. The V70 is likely to feature a 6,500mAh battery, paired with either 90W or 55W wired charging technology, and an IP68 rating. There’s Android 16-powered OriginOS 6 out of the box.

Apple iPhone 17e (Global)

Last year, we got our hands on the iPhone 16e, a lightweight iPhone, aligning with the existing iPhone 16 series. This year, we are likely getting our hands on the iPhone 17e again—aligning with the iPhone 17 series and with significant upgrades.

For starters, the iPhone 17e is en route to getting the A19 chipset, the same as the iPhone 17, fabbed on a 3nm process, delivering 5-10% better performance than the A18 SoC. Although nothing is cast in stone just yet, we have heard time and again that the iPhone 17e will bring in thinner bezels than its predecessor while retaining its grand 6.1” display, but with no ProMotion support, of course.

The iPhone 17e specs include a Dynamic Island, an 18MP selfie camera with the Center Stage feature, and MagSafe support, which is speculated to have at least 15W support. The phone is likely to attract the same price tag as its previous iteration, i.e., $599 for the entry-level 256GB variant. We aren’t expecting any cosmetic changes, something we can say about the flagship iPhones as well.

Samsung Galaxy A37 (Global)

Launch Date: February 2026*

Samsung is readying two launches in the A-series. The first is the Galaxy A37, expected to arrive sometime in February, although we aren’t aware of the dates yet. The phone is likely to fetch a price tag starting at $399 or higher. Its spec sheet includes a 6.7” Super AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display with 1,900 nits of peak brightness, a hefty 5,000mAh battery paired with 45W charging tech, Android 16-backed One UI 8.5 on the software front, and Galaxy AI taking care of the AI front.

The Galaxy A37 is likely to bring a 12MP front camera along with a 50MP+8MP+5MP rear triple camera setup. Under the hood, we are expecting it to bring a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC (or Exynos 1430) with 8GB RAM and 128/256GB of storage.

Samsung Galaxy A57 (Global)

The Samsung Galaxy A57 is being prepared as well with an Exynos 1680 CPU and Xclipse 550 GPU. The phone is paired with 8 and 12GB RAM, 128GB and 256GB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery, powered by a 45W charging tech.

The Galaxy A57 is expected to bring a 6.7” FHD+ 120Hz Super AMOLED 1,900 nits display on top, just as the A37. On the camera front, we are hearing about a 50MP front shooter borrowed from the Galaxy M55, followed by a similar 50MP triple rear shooter as the Galaxy A37.

Wrapping up!

A few anticipated launches, hands-on some budget to mid-range, and of course, flagship phones—that’s what the month of February 2026 is expected to bring, typically. Of course, some launches might not happen as intended since we don’t have their actual release date (often marked by an asterisk), but hey, we will keep an account of them all, ensuring we catch them all whenever they make their debut anywhere on the face of the Earth. Do check out our previous listicles on phone launches as well.
