We now have our hands on another set of OnePlus Ace 7 specs coming from tipster Digital Chat Station. This comes just a few days after another reputable tipster, Smart Pikachu, revealed a few key details. Turns out the phone will pack a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC to start with.
OnePlus Ace 7 specifications (leaked)
According to tipster Digital Chat Station (via Weibo), the OnePlus Ace 7 is expected to bring a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC under the hood. For context, its predecessor, the Ace 6, had a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 under the hood; that makes the Ace 7 a far better choice to pick.
Since the phone will arrive around October (this year), it could arrive a tad bit before Qualcomm rolls out its new iteration of flagship chipsets. This would ultimately make Ace 7 the phone with the latest flagship chipset by then; however, if the phone launch is delayed, well, that would mean Ace 7 will get last year’s chipset (again, I am talking about Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5), since Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 will take the crown of the latest flagship chipset.
Apart from that, the phone is likely to pick up a 6.78” OLED flat 1.5K panel on board. In fact, it is tipped to arrive with at least an 185Hz refresh rate or could go as high as 240Hz, which is by far twice what typical phones possess nowadays. I would say getting such a high refresh rate is not worth it, given there are fewer apps and even fewer game titles that can vibe at that insane refresh rate.
Moving on, we have a 9,000mAh battery on board paired with 100W fast charging tech on the Ace 7. We are talking about the OnePlus’ silicon-carbon battery, which, of course, takes less space but packs in a lot of beef in terms of battery capability. The phone is likely to come with an active cooling fan, as tipped earlier. Having a cooling fan is great for gaming phones; however, take it with a pinch of salt at least for now.

The OnePlus Ace 7 release date is speculated to be somewhere in the last leg of October 2026. For context, Ace 6 made its launch on October 27, 2025. We are still hoping for the best as OnePlus dares to share the same launch window with flagship phones from Xiaomi, Oppo, and OnePlus (itself), speculated to launch phones with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 SoC.
