OnePlus has finally announced that the OnePlus N6x, its next “affordable” model in the N-series, will launch in India on July 31, 2026. Along with the launch date announcement, the company also took the wraps off the color options. We will get there one by one; let’s dive in.

While the brand has not revealed any kind of technical specifications yet, we have the device’s first look, and further details, including pricing and availability, will be shared during the launch event.

OnePlus N6x India launch date locked for end-of July

According to the company’s latest teaser, the OnePlus N6x will be released in India on July 31, 2026. Moreover, the teaser also shows the phone in Burgundy Red and Ice Blue color variants.

Since the company is targeting entry-level or budget segment users with the upcoming device, it’s obvious that the N6x would compete with devices from its rival brands such as Redmi, realme, POCO, motorola, TECNO, etc.

Refreshed design or same-old look?

The official teaser reveals that the OnePlus N6x boasts a refreshed design compared to the OnePlus N6; since this would be a more affordable device, there would be more cost-cutting to justify the pricing.

From the given teaser/poster, the OnePlus N6x appears to offer a flat-frame design, a flat display, a vertical pill-shaped camera setup accompanied by an LED, and a signature logo, obviously.

As a whole, the design looks minimalistic and modern, giving the N6x a design similar to the OnePlus Nord 5 and that too within a budget category.

Specs and features remain under wraps for now

Unfortunately, OnePlus has confirmed the launch date, design, and color options as of now. Technical specifications – including processor, display, RAM/storage, camera, battery, charging, software, etc. – are expected to be revealed in the coming days.

Pricing and availability

Although we don’t have the price details with us right now. But it’s obvious that the device is positioned below the OnePlus N6, which suggests that the upcoming N6x will launch at lower pricing.

For instance, the N6 is available at ₹22,999 for the 4GB + 128GB variant. Based on this, we expect the N6x to launch under the ₹20,000 price segment (it may include bank offers).

Finally, the OnePlus N6x will be available for purchase on Amazon, the OnePlus Store, and more facilities. We would suggest you wait for further details to be disclosed by the company. Until then, stay tuned with us at True-Tech.
